The service here was excellent, very quick and very attentive to our needs. I got a philidelphia roll and their signature, both of which were excellent. Only detraction was the roll was a little heavy on the cream cheese but other then that it was great.

Had their Harumaki spring rolls and Signature ramen, and it was so good! Apparently they just opened today, and we just happened to drive by. Looks like they have tons of other food options if you aren’t into ramen.

If you want to wait half an hour just for your appetizer and another half an hour for your noodle when you are starving, please come here. It was not only us, it’s like a few tables people were sitting there and waiting and starving. There are a lot of waiters in this place but it’s very obvious that the management and process have big problems. They took forever to get you something and they sometimes don’t know what they are doing either. If they have 1/3 of the waiters get a bit training and help inside the kitchen the situation will probably be better.

It’s unbelievable that there’s ramen this good in west texas! So happy that Lubbock has a nice ramen place for me to go to when I’m craving it. The black garlic and Yanagi signature had perfect flavor and wasn’t bland. The soft boiled egg was actually soft boiled. Service was super attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back. They just opened today 7/16/23! Glad we could be a part of their grand opening and I hope they continue to stay busy like they were today.

Me and wife went to this place on 8-1-23… my wife got the miso noodles and I got the hibachi steak dinner because I not a fan of noodles. But my wife shared some with me and it was really Good!!! The broth had a good flavor and the hibachi steak had a really good flavor, I just wished that it had more steak but for the price is really good, better than O’Hanas. I would definitely go there again this weekend to get a noodle bowl! Also the waiter we had was very attentive and the atmosphere was calm and not loud.
