This is by far, the most cleanest Pizza Hut I have ever seen in my entire life.the Food came really quick and was hot just like the commercials on TV insist they are. The customer service was great. I was greeted by Austin, as soon as I came in. I asked what is the best crust to get on the pizza and he delivered. This pizza is really good. He told me about the deals they have on the app and now I have the Pizza Hut app. I’m glad I stopped by. I will be eating here probably every week now. Very great iconic experience.

Never had problems with this store until a few weeks ago. This is the second order of pizza and breadsticks we have received almost raw in the past 2 weeks. Tried to call and speak to the manager and was put on hold until I finally gave up. If you order from here you apparently need to specify to have your food thoroughly cooked. We put it back in the oven it was so undercooked.

You know… when Pizza Hut does it right, you just can’t beat it from a national fast food chain! I am a habitual thin crust pepperoni & Italian sausage pizza girl! I have gotten them at times when they’ve skimped on toppings or it’s been too overdone but they hit it outta the park sometimes! This was one of those times! (Exact order was pepperoni lovers and added extra sausage & extra cheese – I don’t mind paying extra if they make it well!). Thanks for showing up, showing off & making a great pizza!!!

Not impressed with this location. The pizza was 30 minutes late and both pizzas were way over cooked and when I called they put me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and left this review. It’s crazy to me to think they let their pizzas leave like this and do not try to make it right. Papa johns does a much better job with pizza and customer service.

I ordered a pizza at 11:12 on the website and it said it would take about 30 -45 mins. Once it had been over an hour, I called to check on the order. The girl working there said because I ordered the pizza online before the store opened, the order was canceled. This sounded ridiculous because what app lets you order and then randomly cancels it?? She wouldn’t listen to me or even help and just transferred me to someone else who wasn’t even at the store. Also, after I checked a the store opens at 10:30am so she just bold faced lied to me for no reason. I ordered dominos. It was cheaper and much better service and pizza

Pizza Hut service is deplorable. They should be ashamed of themselves. It’s impossible to get through to the actual location that makes and delivers your order. The call center is terribly ill equipped to help you if you have a problem as is the 1 800 customer service number. All they do is take customer feedback and “forward it up the ladder.”
