It was a fancy little spot for a light breakfast or brunch. They had coffee and wine on the menu. The shrimp salad stuffed avocado hit the spot. They had a baguette or croissant that you could add for an upcharge. It is a good place to meet friends or to sit and do some paperwork.

It is a quaint, unique place for breakfast, lunch or a coffee or wine or pastries. Diverse menu selections. We had a great waffle breakfast. Mine was with whipped cream, which my husband ate, and fresh fruit; and his was with air-fried Canadian bacon, which he shared and it was the best bacon we had ever had! Not soggy little round ham looking things. It was great. The staff was very helpful, friendly and took very good care of us. My husband hit the pastry case on the way out. Great unique selections. You might want to bring a long-sleeved cover up. Some spots are a little chilly. They do provide cozy blankets on the backs of one of your chairs, but it wasn’t uncomfortably cold. Nice to support a small business. And they are so pleasant and the food was awesome.

We decided at the last minute to do “couples night” and take in some Jazz music. We all were really impressed with the place. Very nice, quaint, atmosphere! Had dinner before we went but ordered 2 bottles of wine. Next time we’ll try the menu. Had a great time with Antonio, the owners husband – very personable and feels like I’ve known him forever. And that’s what make it great – gotta care about your customers! Can’t wait to go back!

10/10- update: Had a late delicious lunch today at Merci Bimini ! Great atmosphere for my only day off in a week.. transported to a little cafe in Paris.. I ordered the crustless Quiche Champignon – marinated mushrooms,egg, Gruyere and parmesan cheese. It was amazing! Creamy, buttery and cheesy! I also treated myself to a glass of Sauvignon Blanc also light and delicious! I took home eclairs and the almond pastry. They were busy, which was wonderful to see! Can’t wait for my next day off!

We found this awesome Café by accident and are so glad we did. It’s got a great menu and a lovely and passionate owner. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious and nicely plated. We were introduced to our new favorite refreshing drinks…. their Lavender Spritz and their Pear Saketini. We’re lucky to have such a charming and authentic café in our area.

Finally a unique cafe in western palm beach county. I was looking for a coffee shop as I headed toward Wellington and was delighted to find this new cafe. It is much more than expected; a bistro cafe with happy hour to boot. Since it was 10:30 am, I had a great cup of coffee with an incredible almond tart. What a treat!! Very friendly staff. Great fast service. It has an inviting ambiance. Like sitting in someone’s living room. Can’t wait to go back to try a meal and Happy hour.
