This is a great spot! The margaritas were delicious. We ordered the El Mojehete and it was enough for two to share. The cheese dip we ordered was a bit runny but we exchanged that for the guacamole which was better. The grilled shrimp came with a large portion of rice which was actually great because we all shared it. The charro beans were spicy and DELICIOUS!

I typically won’t eat Mexican north of the Red River, but not much to eat out this way after 5pm on a Sunday. Some friends from Hiway 2 RV park recommended it so we made the drive to Wilburton. The food was great. They don’t have guacamole, but pico with avocado slices. Pretty good but not what I was expecting. Service was quick and the order was accurate.

If you’re familiar with this part of Oklahoma, you know there are very few food options around. This was our third time at El Jimador Mexican Grill and it is so good! The service is also great. I always forget to take a picture for Google reviews before I start eating!! I had a soft taco and my husband had shrimp quesadillas. The queso is so yummy, too! We’ll definitely be back.

The people in town said it was some of the best Mexican food and food in general to go out to eat and they were right. Atmosphere is relaxing, all the staff was happy and upbeat. Food was outstanding.

I went through and read the reviews on this place and honestly almost didnt come but i just didn’t feel like driving an hour away for something decent. The review is it was not terrible. Yeah it’s not incredible but it’s fantastic against the other options. Also the service was great. The waiter was super cool the place was clean. Long and short of it, in my opinion this place was rated unfairly.
