I don’t even want to give them one star! The cashier was so rude there were rats on the entrance..the food quality was awful, the food looked and smelled spoiled, I didn’t even bother eating it..when I told him he said”oh well you can buy another one or somewhere else”

I made an order and called right away just for them to put the teriyaki sauce on the side and the cashier said it was too late that they make the food within the minute. So I couldnt ask for them to put the sauce on the side. Makes no sense. When I am in person they never take 1 minute to make the food. Lack of customer service all because they were lazy to just put the sauce on the side. Never ordering from this location again!! People need to stop being so lazy to do their jobs.

The Yoshinoya location on Slauson and Holmes in Los Angeles C.A there food was delicious The young man and lady today have great great customer service I belive the guy name was Efrain that took our order very polite plate look very neat veggie were awesome just right . I wish they stay open longer thats a very busy area alot warehouse open At night we only have burger location to go at night Yoshinoya at dinner time would be the best I did this post to let Yoshinoya know that that have good people at this location. I have walk out other Yoshinoya just because there customer service is not the buisness like the one by USC they make you waite do long. Holmes and Slauson is the best so far to go thank you for my dinner the lady cook was so awesome to and with a smile nice to see smiles in South Central L.A this location also looks very very clean.

I like their food but this guy today was trying me cuz i went i went back cuz they gave me the beef instead of the steak wich I didn’t mind cuz we all make mistakes, noone is perfect. But one of the male cashiers was treated me rudely, I just ignored him n he kept going like he was really trying my patience like Let’s be more professional and less ghetto. Anyway this hispanic lady is super nice, everytime I come she’s always like hey and so friendly. The food was awesome like always aside from that.

They never have anything ready. No matter what you order, its always another 10 to 15 minute wait. No chicken, beef, egg rolls, soups. I only come because it’s close to work but I really have to plan my time and expect a wait for the food which comes out like it’s microwaved. Service is good though. Cashiers are friendly. I just don’t understand why nothing is ever ready.

This is the second time my boss goes to this establishment to get food At 6:40 and And both times he was told the Oven was already off. Which is a big inconvenience for us since this is the only restaurant close to us that sales fish. Please have your crew respect the restaurant hours this is a corporate store not your family business

When I went there were three employees (all female) and honestly it just looked chaotic. I got two combos and both combos were unsatisfying. 4 small slices of teriyaki chicken, the rice didn’t hit the wall of the styrofoam, and the vegetables were just a mess. And not to mention the beef!! It was hard to eat and was given in a small portion. Comparing it to my usual Yoshinoya restaurants, would NOT recommend this one.
