We stopped here for a quick lunch (we had somewhere to be). After we all put in our orders the employee deleted them so we had to do that again. The wait was about 20 minutes for orders. No ice in the machine and at least 2 of the sandwiches were missing oil/vinegar. There were lots of people behind the counter so the wait seemed excessive.

Walked in to order a sandwich. Walked right up to the counter. I was told by the person behind the counter that it would be a 30 minute wait. I get that you have online orders to fill, but I’m right here in person, at the register, and I’m essentially told to pound sand. Seems like it’d be pretty easy to slip my order into the mix.

Took 30 minutes to make a regular sized sandwich, workers yelling over each other, watched 5 people walk out without even being attended, lost my order because online orders take priority even though a lady came in a half hour after ordering online and still took 5 minutes to make her a single regular sandwich. I can go on but refuse to waist more time with this place. Never returning.

I’ll never go back. Stale/cold bread, terrrible wait time, worse customer service. There’s nothing more infuriating than being talked back to and given excuses for a 30 minute wait on a cold sandwich when “Freaky Fast” is your motto. When I worked in the industry, a simple “I’m sorry, how can I make that right?” or “How bout a cup of water while you wait?” would’ve sufficed. A lot of training opportunities here, people. Just shamefully bad all around.
