Fus Restaurant
This is in response to a one star review from six months ago. According to the information given in the picture, I believe that is the General Tso’s Chicken. This dish includes dried peppers, and this thing in the picture is the skin of a DRIED PEPER. There are NO dead bugs. In addition, our restaurant will be inspected by the health bureau every year, and our restaurant will be cleaned up at the end of every day to keep it clean and tidy. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about health problems. Lastly, if you want to try some Chinese food or other Asian food like sushi, Thai etc,. We all have in here! Thank you. 🙂

I ordered takeout and as I am eating it at home I found a DEAD BUG IN THE FOOD. I was so digusted and called the restaurant to report it and request a refund. They didn’t even sound surprised and offered a new dish for me to return and pick up or a store credit. Excuse me?!?!? I am NEVER EVER eating here again! It makes me question the entire cleanliness of their kitchen and I will be reporting this to the local health department. I demanded a refund and they told me ‘tomorrow’. I have never experienced such a thing before in my life and I am in utter disbelieve that there was an actual dead bug in my dish. They should be embarrassed and ashamed- not arguing with me about a refund for food no one would eat!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Growing up in Sparta there was always a million different rumours about Fu’s. Now, I don’t know if any of them were true, but as a kid it was always fun to believe some of them. That being said, Fu’s isn’t amazing, but it’s also not terrible. It’s very middle of the road and not much else. I can’t say it’s a place I visit when I’m home, but driving by it reminds me of my childhood so there’s that.

Absolutely terrible. Asked for sweet coconut shrimp and they sent very spicy shrimp. Too hot to eat. Dumplings were overcooked and hard. Horrible

I mean c’mon, the place has been in business since the 80’s, you know it’s good! When you ask for the best Chinese in the area, it’s always mentioned. The Chinese food is great and so is the sushi! I’m a big fan of hot and sour soup and almost NOWHERE can you find a place that puts meat in the soup: this place does and the soup is always consistent (some places alternate between more hot or more sour).

Not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had but not the worst either. The general Tso chicken didn’t taste like the correct chicken, the rice was old. we won’t be ordering take out from here anymore.
