my boyfriend has been trying to convince me to check out got fish in hampton for the longest time. raving about their crabby fries and hospitality and you know your girl is all about great hospitality and great food! let’s just say they lived up to the hype!

I use to chase down their food truck now I can just walk in and order at their restaurant. 1st impression I was blown away of how clean it was inside. Service was fast. Food was hot and fresh. Crabby Fries and Butter Crunch Cake are still the best in the 757. The staff is great and the owner is right there checking on you. Black Owned. Dine in or carry out in Hampton or Chesapeake location. Got Fish?

I tried their food truck at a local event and enjoyed it. I was excited to find that they had a restaurant near me. I ordered 2 fish platters, which came with 2 nice size pieces of whiting, one side, and 2 hushpuppies. The fish was fried well and was seasoned nicely. The macaroni and cheese was cheesey and not bland. I only wish they offered hot vegetable options (green beans pictured I made when I got home). They did, however, have a salad for a side option. I would come back again.

We were greeted when we walked in & had the menu explained by a really nice lady. We got the seafood combo with crabby fries and whiting platter with grits and hushpuppies. The cornmeal batter is everything and the huge pieces of whiting were on another level. The butter crunch cake and toffee cookies… delicious! The entire restaurant (especially the restrooms) was spotless and the staff cleaned constantly. Great portion sizes and fair pricing as well. I’ve been here twice and on both occasions the service was beyond stellar. They were helpful, attentive, and made you feel like family. The food is consistently delicious, very well prepared, and full of flavor. I highly recommend Got Fish for an awesome vibe and great food!

On vacation from Alabama and dined here for the first time today, definitely will not be the last. Food was plentiful and DELICIOUS!!!! Staff was extremely courteous. Facility was top – notch: great vibe, nicely decorated and extremely clean (Haven’t seen that lately at many restaurants). Definitely need to expand operations to more cities!!! Would love to see a restaurant in Huntsville.

This was me and my daughters first time and everything from start to finish was AMAZING!!! The staff is so incredibly inviting and warm. We were walked through the menu and ordered the seafood trio as recommended with an extra piece of fish since we were sharing. The portion is large so we really didn’t need it but were more than happy to take left overs! The crabby sauce….. my God. Just so good. You have to try it yourself! My daughter also grabbed a piece of butter cake which was heavenly. We’re hooked and you will be too!

Great concepts…excellent customer service. I’d like to point out that their customer service is on par with Chik-fil-a. That means more to me than mostly anything else. So, I didn’t mind paying for the higher than expected prices. The food was a quality grade, even though I don’t like the cornmeal style breader on my fish. The shrimp and Crabby Fries were to die for. Next time, I’ll stick with the items that do not include fish. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. I can’t wait for the Chesapeake location to open. Overall…two thumbs up.

Absolutely delicious. The food never disappoints. I got the seafood trio. Fish fried crispy and seasoned well. Nice size shrimp and my favorite is the crabby fries. Clean restaurants and restrooms. Not a long wait for the food. Comfortable booth seating. Plenty of space to spread out and eat. And let’s not forget the crunch cake for dessert. I make a trip from Suffolk to this location.
