My experiences at this location generally vary from good, to not so great, but today was just plain disappointing. Ordering at the drive thru speaker was extremely difficult, I had to repeat everything twice or three times. My coffee was a large iced decaf with 3 butter pecan, 3 cream and cold foam. I got to the window and was pretty sure there was no cream added, but the young man at the window insisted there was cream in it. I had to question the total since I usually get the same order and they’d tried to over-charge me by $3. I leave and take a drink only to find there is definitely no cream and I have been given French vanilla swirl, which unfortunately I don’t like. But I have to get to work, so this is what I have for today. I hope it is at least truly decaf.

Tried to stop for a coffee just before 5:00 PM today. I found that a Tesla had just parked and blocked the Handicapped space. Since driver was just walking to the front door of the store, I called out that she blocked the Handicapped space. Her reply was a very nasty “I own this store and she entered the store with no concern whatever.

An older man started verbally attacking some kids because he didn’t like how they were dressed. Telling them they were freaks. I think this should be addressed and people like that need to be trespassed from the property. It makes Dunkin look bad and when nothing is done it makes Dunkin look like these incidents are condoned.

You have to be an almond mom in a motorcycle to fit through this tiny narrow drive thru, smooshed between the building and a retaining wall. Also sometimes employees quit mid morning rush and tell you to kick rocks. And my latte had rotted milk.

We had the best experience here. The young lady that took out order in the drive thru was professional but funny to the point we all laughed. When our money was taken we made sure to leave a little something for her. The coffee was amazing , the service was A plus. Good job guys for making it a joy to get a cup of coffee.
