Don’t order on the app from this location. The driver takes forever to deliver and parks a neighborhood over to rummage through your order and eat what they want for 10 extra minutes. Contacted the store and they said they couldnt do anything and would not refund my 40 dollar order. My family was not happy. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I know it is just Taco Bell and the expectation of great customer service is not high. However I have never had a single issue with any employee there and they are always great. The girl working the drive thru right now 06/05/2023 7:22 pm is horrible and should not be working with the public in any capacity. She is rude, short and careless and tried to up charge us for 2 large drinks on our deluxe craving boxes without asking us. She kept cutting my husband off when he was speaking in the drive thru. Then when she came out front to give us our food. She leaned on our vehicle’s side view mirror. Not appropriate, and could cause a customer to get very upset. She also had half her stomach exposed in a crop top. She is not presenting a good image for your location. I recommended letting her go ASAP or some serious redirecting is needed on how she is speaking and presenting herself.

What is going on with the quality of there food!!! I have never been so disappointed they spend more on there wrapping paper to put your so called burritos and tacos in I ordered there 7 layer beef burritos they wiped the spoon in the beef maybe 2 teaspoons of beans a dash of cheese don’t know what happened to the 4 other ingredients that made up the rest of the 7 layers it was suppost to have in it but all I can say is they are sad won’t never go there again and spend good money for such sad product would have put a picture for you to check out but I couldn’t unwrap it the tortilla that they were made in was so hard and dry that I couldn’t open it without it falling apart good luck if you want to check it out

I usually don’t come to this taco bell. Do to poor food quality. I decided to go thru drive thru. Upgraded with chicken chulupa supreme got two beef chalupas. Showed up at 1:10 ish and they stated they couldn’t take card orders and they’re rebooting the system. I go to rancheritos next door, as I’m pulling out the drive thru, I notice Tacos bells lights are all off, they just wanted to close early. Nice one.

Do not go to this tacobell, they forget items on your order all the time. They don’t care if your potatoes are old and dry, they also don’t care if your tortillas are hard and nasty they will still make it and send it to you even though they most likely wouldn’t eat it unless they had to. You need better people in your kitchen taco bell and you may want to train your managers and other workers again.

My girlfriend placed a delivery order less than an hour ago. She ordered 8 nacho fries for three of us. Our order arrived fairly quickly (the order was placed at 7:04 PM and our food was delivered at 7:11 PM), which was great, but when we opened our bags to check our food (after the Doordash driver had already left) we found 8 bags of nachos in the bag, no nacho fries. The receipt that was attached to the bag clearly shows the 8 nacho fries as part of the order, so we are not sure what happened here. This was obviously very disappointing, as the entire reason we chose to order from Taco Bell today was to get some nacho fries. The quesadilla we ordered was cold and the cheese was not melted; the quesadilla, itself, had also not been cut. My girlfriend was able to get her money back, so that was a positive… probably the only positive thing we got from this experience.

My husband and I stopped there to get some dinner and we ordered 6 dorrito tacos w/sour cream…I notice one of the tacos look oddly stuffed with only cheese and lettuce no meat or sour cream…I checked the other’s and they were the same I called and spoke to the manager which he was helpful and he gave me all new dorrito taco’s… I still don’t understand how they missed that when it was not a busy day and they miss all 6 of my taco’s ♀️ ♀️I should’ve took a picture… the positive side was how helpful the manager was .

The woman that serve me at the drive through smell pot and saw some smoke at the window! I was scared that my food will smell pot thank God it isn’t. I was surprised that they are smoking pot or vaping inside the food service. It was around 1 am weekend!

This place is a complete joke! The way they make their chicken quesadillas is disgusting and soggy with no cheese or chicken just all sauce and microwaved tortilla.They got our order wrong and charged us way more and didn’t even return the difference in money.
