Visiting from out of town when I tried this place. I had a cappuccino and a chocolate dipped canoli and WOW it was delicious! I can also tell the coffee is high quality; cappuccinos are surprisingly hard for coffee shops to nail, I’ve noticed, but this place did it right! If I was a local I’d be coming here all the time. Some of the other reviewers for this place seem questionable in their authenticity, to say the least. The people I spoke with were pleasant. The place has a nice character to it.

I stopped by for the first time today. There were so many amazing choices of sandwiches, pastas, pizza, sweets, and coffee’s!! It tasted as great as it looked! I also met the most amazing person who was working there, Renee. I was there earlier than lunch but she was cleaning the sign. I could tell just by seeing her work how much she thought of the company and cared about their customers. I talked to her while looking at all their choices. She had such a vast knowledge of the company, all the locations, the food. I was so impressed with her! She is a star and is the cherry on top of my visit!! You MUST try this place!! And ask for Renee! You will not be disappointed!!

I always come to the Mall at Green Hills-I love the environment, store selection, and the level of customer service. I was really excited to try Coco’s because the menu looked great. I was immediately a little irritated because the man working at the counter (a tall older white man with a moustache) was very rude from the beginning. He was acting like he was bothered to take my order and answer my questions about the sandwich I wanted to order. I ordered the sandwich, but when I got it, I did not like it at all. He added something that he did not tell me when I was asking the questions. I approached the man again to see if I could order something else because I did not like that. He basically argued with me and accused me of wanting it for free, stating he would not make me anything else. He would not even listen long enough to hear that I was not expecting it for free. I was willing to pay. I just wanted to order something else because that sandwich was not good. I was honestly shocked by how rude and aggressive he was. I asked to speak with the manager, and I was even more blown away to find out he WAS the manager. It is pretty shocking that someone with that attitude and complete lack of professionalism was able to retain that position. I’m disappointed in my experience, but I’m also discouraged that a business like that is now at the Mall.

i work in greenhills mall & if you know this mall there’s really no convenient food places except for this! this location is always wishy washy. sometimes there’s people working then 2 weeks go by with nobody working. it’s super inconsistent and doesn’t make me trust the food that’s been literally sitting there. they barley have any stock or ingredients these days to make the food. super poor customer service. this location needs help ASAP.

asked the gentlemen if they do Mall discounts and he was unable to help so he got a lady involved (on her lunch looked like it), she was plain rude! I understand it’s annoying someone taking time out of your break and or lunch yet why is it OK to take it out on the customer? Due to her rude and “irritated” attitude I told both of them to no longer bother and walked away; I will not spend my hard earned money to any company with an attitude like this, not worth the stress and headache.

my husband and i came here today the customer service was amazing! the lady working there smiled the whole time talked to me and even gave me samples of the Gelato ice cream there which was just soo good! i got a cannoli and the food is great as well! thanks again guys for the amazing service! keep it up

Placed my order online, prepaid, I show up and there’s nobody there. Middle of the day when google says they’re open. The phone line doesn’t work so I have no way to get my money back. Extremely irritated.
