Do not recommend. With being one of the only food places in Dell Rapids you would think the service would be great. Definitely NOT the case. The workers that were working tonight were on their phones with customers in the lobby. Food took 15-20 when we were the only ones there. And food was not up to par at all. Didn’t even tell us our food was ready it just sat on the counter. The girl that brought our ice cream didn’t even know what she was handing to us. Just don’t recommend

Horrible service. It took 25 minutes to get our food. My daughter ended up going to the counter and getting the kids meals that were just setting there. She ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only, and I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and onions only. Both of our cheeseburgers had mustard and pickles (which we both hate!) & ketchup. Worst DQ I’ve ever eaten at!

Super slow service, took about 40 minutes to make 2 burgers, cheese curds, and fries. Took them 40 minutes to make the food and they still messed it up and forgot the bacon. Had to order food to bring home to my family a 6 piece chicken tender basket and 1 burger with fries and it has taken them over 25 minutes to make it so far.

It’s so bad 🙁 Really stinks because it would be so great to have good fast food here. Service is always extremely slow like upwards of 20 minutes for a blizzard. The food always seems old and icky. There are always bags of trash just thrown out by the door. It feels like no one cares :/ I only leave this review because if really love to see management or someone care enough to make some improvements

The service was terrible and the food was below average. The gentleman taking our order couldn’t make eye contact or barely speak to us. We had to repeat the order twice and they still got it wrong. Tried to use the woman’s bathroom and it was so gross that I decided to skip it. The food was made incredibly sloppy and incorrect as it had toppings we didn’t request on it and we asked for no tomatoes and they were on them.
