Chicken? Good. Customer service? Not. When I got home I discovered one item on my order was missing and my coleslaw side was instead pasta salad. Called the restaurant and was told coleslaw was no longer served. So why is it still on the online menu? Was promised a refund for the missing item but I’m not holding my breath waiting. First and last visit.

My girlfriend and I came there for lunch. I had the 1/2 chicken and she had the special sandwich. The chicken was fresh, and the sandwich was great. The yellow and green sauce were flavorful, and the chicken was nice and juicy. It reminded me of Sardis in Maryland. They also have a old school NFL Blitz that reminded me of Nintendo 64! We will be back thank you for the wonderful food.

the food is ok, good price. The manager was scolding his employees in front of the customers, he was yelling at the employee in a bad way. It was not a good experience. I think that the area where customers eat should not be the area for yelling. I was looking for a nice moment to share with my family, but I had to listen to the manager’s screams for a long time. We went over to tell him that was not the way to treat an employee.

We get take out from this place all the time and have never had a bad experience until today. The vegetables were undercooked and overcooked in a mix I’m not even sure how this happens? They were extremely weird tasting too, very salty. The fried rice was very salty too and chicken was pink I understand dark meat is not white meat but this was something else.

If you have craving for chicken and plantains, why not order from or go to Super Chicken. The chicken is always good, prices are reasonable, and you get plenty of food. If you are not in the mood for chicken, try the lomo saltado. The reason for the 4 ⭐️:getting/buying additional green sauce is hit or miss; and the salsa criolla is nothing special. It was just a basic tomato and onion salad without seasoning or any sort of pizzazz. All that said, I will continue to get my chicken here.

I ordered from DoorDash. I like that they seal the bag with a sticker. Thank you! The chicken was juicy and tasted grilled, not much more seasoning. I don’t know what I was expecting but it was a bit more flavor. The yucca is too thick and dense for me. It was my first time having it so I had no expectation. The fries lacked seasoning or even salt. The fried rice was good. Because the chicken and fries were bland I wish they included salt/pepper packets, hot sauce or at least some ketchup. I would try the place again because f the value but I would skip the fries and yucca and get double orders of fried rice and a side of plantain and ask for some extra sauce of whatever the green sauce is, the other sauce they provided was mayonnaise.
