I would agree with both sides with these reviews. The food when it’s correct is always really good. Made to order. As far as I have seen. You can see them make your food from behind the counter. Things like apps and longer prep are most likely frozen and reheated. Makes sense to save time and more cost effective. Sometime you can see that they are cooking and set it aside to start another order. Not a Michelin restaurant but still good.

We spent almost $100 on our order. Most of the food was good but the main entrees were a bit disappointing. We ordered the garlic beef which was about 90% veggies and %10 beef. We also had sweet and sour shrimp which had literally 5 shrimp total. For that much money, we should have gotten much more beef and shrimp. We won’t be ordering from there again. Sadly, Leeann Chinn would have been a better choice.

I order chicken fried rice from this restaurant several times I love it! It always comes with peas, carrots, chicken, onions, and rice. 2 times it has not come with the vegetables. I called today to ask why and asked for a replacement with vegetables. They told me they would charge me for a second order, argued with me that it never came with vegetables repeatedly. They put a kid on the phone, who argued with me more. I said do you always argue with customers? He said it comes with chicken and onion. POOR customer service, they don’t care about their customers. Will never order from here again!!!!!

There is a teenager working taking orders , he speaks better English then other workers. They have been short staff but they make very good food. I ordered the pepper steak and onions combo. It’s was hot and delicious.
