The host Keila is a horrible server. There’s no greeting and she looks like she has an attitude. Chipotle is my favorite, my food was cold and this location is Terrible. I won’t be going back for along time. You need to train them on customer service. Also my lettuce was brown.

I liked it alot. Super fast service. Food was good and fresh tasting. I would add some salt but overall good. I had a burrito with brown rice, salsa, guac, sour cream, queso with black beans. Had it with a rasberry/lime sparkling water. Came out to $16 bucks. Brought it back to office and I’m fully satisfied. Please see pics.

I had order a chip from them they claim it was fresh and i got back home the chips was stale like it been out all morning i even order a salad bowl my take out bag got ruin because they haven’t drain enough liquid out from the meat that cost my salad bowl to be soggy i just don’t understand there service at that location

I don’t even understand what this is. I ordered three tacos and they gave me one HUGE taco with two tortillas on each side. I’m making a formal complaint with the company as they have continued to do a careless job with peoples food. I encourage you all to do the same. This chipotle should shut down or be ran under new management. This is a waste of money.

This place needs to get people with customers service experience, from the workers to the security. I made an online, when my daughter went to pick up the order she was meet with a very rudely security man. He asked for the name of the order, she gave the name. He said he needed proof so she came to get my phone for proof. She showed it, then he said that he needed to see the name. She went to my email to show him. He seemed not wanting to get her the order but hesitantly gave it to her. I had order a burrito plate, a salad and a large lemonade. She told him that there was a drink, which is on the receipt. Told her that the fountain machine wasn’t working. She told him that is not a soda but a lemonade and he got an attitude with her. She went to the cashier and she got an attitude too, gave a bottle of water, that cost a dollar in the corner store. Almost 4 dollars and wanted to replace it with a dollar water. I went in to return the water and asking for a refund for the missing drink. While going in the same security man greeted me with a rudely “What are you here for?”. I didn’t paid mind to him and went straight to the cashier, I explained to her what happened. She told me google how to get a refund. Chipotle you need to do better, never going to this location.
