I went around 4 pm this afternoon to get a drink while I did some shopping. Three people were behind the counter, one making a drink, on cleaning a spill, and one I assume was training. I stood at the counter for at least three minutes and no one spoke to me even after I said hello. When I walked away the young White girls behind me were almost immediately greeted and helped. I’ve had great service at this location before, but today was just horrible, especially in light of the news about another Starbucks location. I understand priorities, and would have happily waited had I not been completely ignored. No one should have to wait that long to just be acknowledged.

After waiting in line for several minutes because they only had one staff member working on a busy weekend, they were out of a vital ingredient that goes into a lot of their drinks. No signage informing people or anything. Multiple people would not have had to wait so long if signage had been put up. The one staff member working was very polite and apologetic.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. I’m a regular. But now they have started changing people one of the morning girls is not very nice. She doesn’t seem to ever be having a gd day. And thats not good in the morning people like to see a happy cheerful person in the morning to make there day flow a little better. Not sure what her name is but she has strawberry blonde hair and freckles. She is the only one over there that acts like that. Nobody wants to start their day with a mean barista

Went here to get my usual drink, the drive through took 25 minutes, when I finally ordered they kept my card. I didn’t notice until I got to the other side of town. I went back, they blamed me and did not give me a coupon or apology for my inconvenience. My days plans were ruined, because I ran out of time driving back to Starbucks. So disappointed in the customer service.
