Very disappointed tonight. My wife ordered online and I wasn’t sure what all we purchased. I glanced in the bag and assumed everything was there. Well I got home and no fried pickles for the wife and missing 3 drinks. I wouldn’t leave a review because things like this happen, but it seems like we’re always missing something when we order from the Waycross zaxbys. Normally my wife catches it though. The food is always great. Just a bummer to pay for food you don’t get to enjoy! It helps my feelings to vent with this

Zax ain’t Zax-ing anymore!! It use to be really good, but yet I ordered pass few times the boneless chicken isn’t cooked throughly (Hard To Chew & Swallow)!!! Toast wasn’t toasted on both sides, come on staff!! The food can be GREAT, but sometimes people don’t take initiative.

We go to Zaxby’s atleast 3 times a week for either lunch or dinner. (My daughter loves ” spicy fries” as we call them.) With fries being the main reason we go there, they are usually a hit or miss for me. Sometimes they are too done and crunchy and sometimes they are soggy and still raw in the inside. Same goes for the seasoning. Most of the time it’s too little or too much.
