We went here 2 weeks after they opened. The food was fantastic. The service was mediocre, at best. It took 15 minutes to even get water. Yikes. The owner is behind the bar slinging cocktails. They’re good, but tiny. I mean tiny, especially for the price. I don’t need a horse trough, but don’t serve my margaritas in a thimble. I really enjoyed the food and was torn between three and four stars. The food won me over. The tacos are amazing. I hope that the service gets better and that the drinks get bigger!

Contento always has super friendly service and incredible food. They have only been open for a few months and I have been there multiple times. The hand crafted drinks are absolutely amazing, I have had the opportunity to try every taco and they are always better than the last time. I highly recommend Contento to any and all of my friends visiting or passing through. Definitely don’t miss out on the churros at the end of the night.

After reading a handful of negative reviews, my husband and I were almost deterred from dining at Contento. We had decided to visit for the first time regardless and we had a wonderful experience! We received amazing service and the food was wonderful! The negative comment about thimble sized margaritas is nonsense. The margaritas were only $12. The margaritas were the same size as a small stemware margarita. They were so good! We had ordered the guacamole and coconut shrimp as appetizers and both were served shortly after ordering and were delicious! Our entrees had exceeded expectations as well. As a matter of fact, the entire experience had exceeded expectations that were based on negative reviews. Whoever left such negative reviews must prefer quantity over quality and must be used to taco truck food.

I was here a couple nights ago and the evening started out wonderfully, received a beer from our waitress in a timely fashion and had the guacamole which was delicious. Should have left after this. We ate outside and the restaurant was not busy but we had to go in three times to flag down our waitress for both our entree and drink orders. The seafood enchiladas were swimming in sauce which was way too salty, the rice was hard as in it was not cooked long enough and the black beans were clearly just dumped out of a can. This was my first and last time here.

Best guacamole we’ve ever had! Seafood enchiladas were outstanding and the lavender flan was a great ending to a delicious meal. Service was fantastic and the made from scratch margaritas were amazing. We will definitely be back!
