Waited over an hour after placing an order on the app for this. supposed to be a pretzel stuffed crust. Spend the extra bucks and go to a legit pizza place mise will have taken a $20 and flushed it down the toilet.

To start I want to say I don’t do this usually. I ordered pizza online order it got canceled. I then tried again internet ordering was down. Then went to the store tried to get the same thing which was a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza found out that online only so I order different stuff. They weren’t busy but it took over 40 min to get my pizzas. Mind you I was in the lobby the whole time.

I walked in. There were two associates. Both counting money at the registers. This was around 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday. The one never looked up at me. Just said it’s going to be a while as he continued to count the money coin by coin. After about 8 minutes he was finally done counting his register and looked up at me and said what do you want? I tried to order the pizza and sticks hot and ready and he said usually we don’t have those hot and ready but then looked and found a box that he opened up and did have them. The problem was it looked like the pizza had been in there for about an hour and a half. I asked for a fresh one. He said hold on went to the back, came back up and said the manager said that is a fresh one and we won’t make a fresh one for you. Was very very disappointed in the entire interaction. So I left and went down the road to someone that would make me a fresh pizza.

Total waste of time took ten minutes for anyone to ask anything. When told there we people that needed to order she walked away. Have now been here over 30 minutes still no pizza. And shockingly I ordered hot and ready definitely between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00 so much for hot and ready

AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not recommend at all. My family and I placed an order for 3 pizzas and 2 crazy breads around 6:35pm. We arrived about 7:05 pm which is the latest time it said to pick up. Drive through pick up is shut down so we had to go inside (not a big deal.) My younger sister and friend go inside and wait in line for 10 minutes and were told after giving the order name, “Your orders gonna take a while.” We patiently waited until 20 minutes passed by and 10-15 other customers were in and out the door. My sister goes up and asked when the order will be ready. The younger guy at the counter with dirty blonde hair says “We actually don’t even have an order for that name.” So she tried a different name it could be under without him asking or offering. I guess he just couldn’t put the shared account and the same last names together. By the time we got it the pizzas were barely even warm. My younger sister is so frustrated she starts walking away without the crazy bread. He asked “Do you want this?” My sister replies by saying I don’t really care anymore. And he proceeds to say “What’s wrong with her.” At this point I come inside from my car and ask for the crazy bread and he hands it to me without saying a word.

We went in around 8:30pm, granted we knew they were closing at 9, we just wanted a Extra most bestest with some breadsticks and a 2 liter not much I don’t think. Well they took our order and waited patiently and come to find out the dude ahead us had been waiting 45 Min for his order and he only ordered 2 things the whole time we were there the ladies, Amanda and Leah were shouting in the back about random stuff and we’re running back and forth arguing and eating food than finally after they closed they finally get the dude ahead of us his order than asked us what we had again telling them we ordered a extra they haven’t even started and giving us other items instead of what we ordered after we were there for 40 mins
