Being unfamiliar with this well known burger place and having few other choices I tried it. See the bill and what was ordered. This was for one person! The burger did have fresh meat and was yummy. I added bacon. There was also something strange on it. Some sort of deep fried cheese/meat combination in the burger. It was disgusting. I only wanted a double burger with bacon. Nearly $4 for crinkled fries. Nearly $5.50 for this small strawberry shake with no hint of real strawberries.

First time soliciting this restaurant I was mistaken in using a menu kiosk wasting time ordering when I should had use a human cashier. After a long period of time I noticed there were more people waiting than eating in the dining area. When I received my hamburger and shake, I didn’t realize that the burger was child size, however it didtaste delicious . Minutes later I started to eat a warm burger when it should have been hot. The shake was warm rich tasting chocolate foam until I got to the end when it was finally cool. I thought with amount of workers that there would be efficient service and decent food. I doubt I will return back.

The best crinkle cut fries I have ever had. They were crispy and not sad and soggy. The Shack Burger was very delicious that I had ro get it teice in my vacation down to NOLA. Their strawberry shake was very good. Shake Shack is wonderful.

Good location between French Quarter and conference location/ hotels. Kiosks help speed up the ordering process. Pride cups and drink menu for Pride month… hopefully they are donating revenue to a legit LGBTQIA2S+ organization. Burger was great, service was great. Bacon was good for fast food bacon, but I’d skip next time. I wish there were better side choices, not on team crinkle, but good overall quick lunch.

First shake shack experience and its far better than expected. The burgers are worth the price. The service staff were very helpful. As a traveller from the Uk i was unable to use the self service kiosks as you needed a us phone number. The till staff quickly helped out.
