Restaurant was drive Thru only, which isn’t a big deal but they had only a very small sign on the door, meaning you had to park and walk up to the door to figure it out. Otherwise line moved quickly, staff was friendly and helpful and the food was good. Just a little better communication would be nice.

I just do not understand why this Taco Bell can never get it together. Every time I pick up an order, it’s incorrect. When I go to pick up an order, it is never ready. Eight times out of 10. They have not even started it! The wait time for an online order that is supposed to be ready in advance is an additional 20 to 30 minutes every single time. It’s absolutely absurd.

I am unsure why, but this Taco Bell messes up an order every time. Whether it’s food or drinks missing or messed up… The order is always incorrect. One time, they even gave our order to the person ahead of us then lied about it even though we preordered online. I love Taco Bell, but I avoid the Brevard rd one like COVID.

I dined in. I walked my order from the counter to the table which was closest to the counter and found that one of my tacos was more in the bag than the shell. I didn’t complain, I just ate the shell and meat then the other two tacos and burrito which were fine. The food was good and they were pretty busy so that’s why they still get 4 stars.

We had a big order I get that, my Mexican pizza was put on the bottom of the order and this is what it looked like when we got home. The ten softTaco supremes literally was hard the lettuce was dark and old looking, the soft Taco just meat & lettuce the paper stuck to the taco the lettuce was old, the three layer taco supremes extra sour cream, was doughy and had very little sour cream on them. No lettuce at all and barely meat and cheese and it was hot .

The quesadilla was extremely thin, maybe 2 percent of our had chicken. Mostly bread. Not very friendly employees. Could only order from the kiosk, because no one would come to the register. Only a couple that knew the manager got service at the register, and buddies of the employees. Will only be our last choice to eat

This is the second time I have come to this taco bell and everytim their lobby to dine in is close ,it’s latterly 330 pm on Monday like what a heck . I figured last time it happened it was 6 pm so I figured ok it is a little late but now 3pm and you got your lobby close ,that’s uncalled for and just FYI I’m a truck driver so no I can’t use drive thru.
