Pizza Hut is my first choice when I’m craving pizza. Its a shame the app crashes on me so much its unusable 75% of the time. The last pizza I ordered had an unusually small amount of toppings on it that it quite frankly ruined the experience for me. I will continue to order from here though as it normally satisfies my pizza cravings. Not to mention everyone has a bad day and I’ve had so many good experiwnces.

This will probably be my last order to pizza hut as in 2 weeks have messed my order up. First time the delivery lady forgot our drinks now this time they forgot we placed an order. ♀️ This is ridiculous now we have to wait another 10 mins for food we have already waited 15 mins for. A medium pizza shouldn’t take that long for carryout. Looks like a new pizza place will be in order for now on.

I would put no stars on it if it were for me! Charged more then expected called the store to try and solved the issue, driver decided to put a tip amount on her own without my consent after giving her a cash tip. Manager was rude when trying to resolve the issue worst place ever lost this customer

Used the call center and had my coupon code and they didn’t apply it. Paid extra $2 for stuffed crust and didn’t receive it. Definitely don’t use the call center but other than that it was good

Ordered a large pizza and boneless wings. When arrived the wings were not with my order. Pizza was warm had to put in oven to warm up. Sent a message to Pizza Hut and was given a coupon for free pizza. So tried it and order was denied due to not meeting the minimum order fee.

I’m not one to complain as I have worked in the food industry for six years, however my past two experiences were horrible. 1) I ordered a pizza and a pasta on the app, when I got to the store I was told I didn’t order the pasta (my email said otherwise) and that I would have to wait 30 minutes for it. 2) I also ordered on the app, a pizza and wings. After waiting at the window for ten minutes I was finally greeted and told they haven’t made my wings yet (now 20 minutes after my pickup time) and that I had to pull around. Not only that but both times the worker was extremely rude and she had a terrible attitude!!!
