We stopped here because we were an hour early for our timeslot at the axe throwing place next door. When we came in there was 1 other customer there and he was waiting for his food. We had to repeat our order 4 times for the guy at the register. After we sat down to wait for our food it took another 20 minutes for the guy who was there ahead of us to get his food. We waited for almost an hour for our food and it still wasn’t ready. There was a line of about 10 people that came in behind us almost immediately and even after an hour the guy at the register was only about halfway through taking their orders.

I placed an order for delivery. The order was missing items. When I called I could hardly understand the woman on the phone because she spoke very little English. They refused to delivery the missing items and hung up on me while I was explaining the issue. Never using this place again.

I literally hate this place. I’ve tried it twice now and the food is always really good, but without fail they will tell you it will be a 20 minute wait, and you won’t be getting your food until 50 minutes later…and that’s for a to-go order! They have two incompetent employees working and it’s always the most unpleasant experience. Not worth spending over $40 for a family of 3.

Horrible customer service. They gave away my food. When I came to pick it up they gave me a hard time getting my order but they gave my food away to someone else with no problem. Crazy thing is while I was waiting on my food I seen a mouse run by. The worker seen it to and didn’t even flinch.

Terrible service, saw THREE people come in and ask for refunds in the 50 MINUTES it took for our food to come out. When our food did come out? Cold. The french fries tasted extremely sweet, almost sickeningly so (we suspect the oil was dirty).

These clowns did’nt want to give me my money back even though i paid cash. They asked me for my name before i even ordered and then stood around for 5 minutes laughing and looking at me, before one of the employees came up and asked why i was standing at the counter. I said i was waiting for my food. The worker claimed that i didnt order food so they didnt know why i was standing there even though i was holding the receipt in my hand. I said i wanted my money back since they wanted to come at me disrespectfully and they said they couldnt give refunds. I called lockport police and the cops showed up and said i had to come back when the “general manager” was at the store in order to get my refund(they tried convincing me to just take the food lol). So now i have to go back in the morning to get my refund because of some sick arrogant bigots.
