I paid for two stuffed crust pizzas. When I got home they had put a normal pepperoni pizza in one. I tried calling about the issue and stayed on the line for over 5 minutes with no answer. Check your orders right in front of them if you want it done right. No way you’ll get assistance afterwards. It’s obvious which one is stuffed from the photos.

The girl who helped me was very polite, I hadn’t eaten a pizza from Papa John’s in years and I honestly don’t know why I hadn’t ordered from them but the pizza has no flavor, the only thing that saves it is the garlic sauce. They’ll survive without me and I’m sure others will disagree with my opinion.

I have ordered from this restaurant three times every time I get to the restaurant my order is on a ticket on the side the no one’s looked at. The pizza is very good but the employees need to stop playing around and focus on their job. If it’s a slow time they seem to be lower than when they’re busy

You have employees that cannot get the order straight! We walk in and request half of the pizza with veggies and the other half of the pizza with pepperoni and pineapple we get home and the pizza is all veggies mixed with the pepperoni and the pineapple got upset called it in I was told I could get a free pizza when in there later and I ask them to give me a pepperoni and pineapple pizza only two items. I get home open the box and it’s pepperoni and Ham!! Come on and I told him twice pepperoni and pineapple.
