This is one of the most pathetic Domino’s I’ve unfortunately had the chance of eating from and I see from reviews it’s BEEN like that for YEARS, REALLY?? Where’s the OWNER or the Regional? My girlfriend went to pick the food up and she came back pissed at 8:00 p.m. at customer service without even seeing the terrible food she was given. Ordered half pepperoni half olives and pepperoni, two slices were without olives. Got chicken fettuccine, I think, it was LITERALLY one layer of pasta, some terrible looking sauce that was un-edible. Throw this store out. Whatever crew works at night needs to be fired. They have no idea what their doing. DO NOT EAT HERE. SERIOUSLY IT’S REALLY BAD. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS, IF POSSIBLE!

I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and boneless wings the delivery took way longer than expected. I ended up going to the store because of my order was cold from waiting over a hour. They remade my order the pizza still came out looking funny.

I ordered 2 pizzas on Jan 4th. It took 3 hours to be delivered and all along it was promised it was “on the what”. So of course the 2 pizzas were no good when they arrived and I was told I shouldn’t cancel because it was “in route” The deliver driver had several deliveries. They were short staffed and I get it. So they offered a free pizza for the trouble. Of course I call today and they don’t have anything documented so I was treated like “Jon Smith” asking for something free. The manager refused to come to the phone. After I was upset, I kept asking for TOMMIE the manager but they refused to assist because they were short staffed. At the end of a long day your just wanting to feed your kids and redeem your credit due when it should count. I’m not really sure why this store is even open if they can’t get pizzas to anyone on time. I was hung up on 3 times and when I asked why other callers were more important, you know what they said… “Did you want to pay full price?” Just don’t even bother upsetting yourself. This is a cheap lesson but I feel so taken advantage of. The reviews below are just like this one.

This place is horrible. Rude customer service and no concern that the pizza is over 2hrs late. Then they claimed I didn’t pay yet. I have my online order receipt. Then it’s like oh yeah now I see. I’ve called twice and still nothing. Ridiculous DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! so called manager said she’s not required to give her name. So if that’s how you choose to run a business you will not be receiving my business ever again. Hope people listen to the reviews.

I ordered three pizzas. None of them where properly cut. The thin crust pizza had the edge torn off of it. The hand those wasn’t even sliced through the middle of the pizza. So, one side ad slices that were significantly shorter than the ones on the other side. When I called the store for there we will make it right option. The manager said he could not do anything unless I came back to the store. Why wasn’t this quality che ked before bringing orrrrthe order to my car. The customer service was horrible on Friday night May 19th . There was a lady that answered the phone and said she was the manager and I could not speak with anyone else because she was the manager. I was calling to complain about my messed up order. She said she would send out the correct order. She never did. Fast forward to today…I called to complain there is no manager by the name the lady gave me. I spoke with Tommy the “general manager”….and he was frustrated because I called to complain. He ended up hanging up on me. Very rude , nasty and unprofessional. This place is very unprofessional.

Samantha did an amazing job of multitasking. She was friendly to the customers on the phone, but waited until she had finished with my transaction before answering it.
