Came in 20 minutes before close for a couple of burgers and a fry. Food was delicious and the folks were amazing! Everyone was having a great time and they were super excited when we thanked them for a wonderful meal

I ordered by phone. Waited the 15 min I was told. Got there, waited another 20 min. Finally got my order home, and it was wrong. I called them, explained the problem, and was told it would be made again. They refunded the 2 burger mistakes, but in the meantime, I missed most of the game I was watching. They seemed to be out of sync on the line. Not the usual & I appreciate the refund. Check your order really well before leaving.

Five Guys is a throwback to the burger joints of yesteryear. The made-to-order burgers are frequently slapped together but always delicious. Their signature fries, cooked in peanut oil, are nothing short of addictive. And the delectable handmade shakes serve as a nice treat. The staff has proven friendly and helpful time and again and the dining room has always been clean.

Save your time and money. This place went downhill big time. Portions of fries are smaller and they don’t even cook them fresh anymore. I received cold fries that weren’t even cooked all the way. Burger was decent but not worth the money. Used to love this place when the quality was better. This will be the last time

The food was okay. It was a super long wait time though, so I was about 20 minute drive away. That’s pretty far, and I ordered the order through Doordarsh and even the app said for how far i was the order will most likely be ready by my arrival. I get there and another 20 minutes is needed for just a burger. Also $40 for one burger and some fires. Five guys charges a ridiculous amount. And when I for the food it tasted alright nothing bad but nothing fantastic. Normal fast food tasting burger. Oh but for how long they took for the burger the fries were super cold.

Put me on hold twice. Kept me on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up – both times, believe it or not. I ordered when I got there of course, but the staff got distracted and didn’t make the food. They realized 15 minutes after the fact that they still had a ticket hanging, so it was almost 20 minutes before I received the order. My sons order was wrong. And they somehow “lost” my burger in the process! Normally they’re so good at this location. What a nightmare!

They have the best fried burger and fries I have ever eaten. I love their milkshakes too. Everything tastes so fresh and smells so good. They also have friendly workers who work hard to ensure the food is cooked well.

The shakes are disgusting. Literally a sludge of sugar. But that’s not my issue. It’s that their “large” portion of fries that I’ve ordered have been weirdly stingy the past three times. Is there a policy now to chintz on the fries?
