Just went through the drive thru at 1:12 a.m. after getting off of work. I don’t drive and my partner didn’t want to repeat my order at the intercom. The lady said “Order when you’re ready.” Me, being in the passenger seat, always ask the person if they can hear me because I’m basically talking from a distance. The lady was rude and said “I said order when you’re ready.” Not in the tone of mishearing me, but like “I” inconvenienced her as she stressed the word order. It was rude and she was impatient. Then when I get to the window, she was telling a person that they weren’t serving breakfast items because they were closing down in minutes. Though it said 2:00 a.m closing time.

This location is constantly understaffed. While they are doing the best they can, recently it’s been about 2-3 minutes per vehicle for drive through, which is so frustrating I will not be going back anytime soon. I love Jack in the Box and this location is 4 minutes from me, which is why I am really disappointed I can’t justify the time going there anymore.
