Let me just say I have NEVER left a review good or bad about a restaurant but I just had to this time! From the moment my mother and I walked in, the food smelled AMAZING. The customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was our first time our cashier Amelia made the experience so personal able! The lemonade looked and was amazing. Then the food… OMG THE FOOD! My mom and I are soo picky when it comes to food! And it didn’t help that another bbq place had ruined the vibe for her but Mission you have exceeded our expectations! The food is so good that you will need a nap after eating it !!! MISSION WE WILL BE BACK !

As far as BBQ or chain restaurant goes, it’s excellent. The food is wonderful. My order came up almost instantly and the woman who took my order was very sweet. It was during a slow period well after lunch and well before dinner. Several of us got the brisket sandwiches. Mine was delicious but I still prefer the pulled pork.

Today was my first visiting Mission BBQ…definitely will not be my last. I’m from Texas and just moved to Salisbury…I was hoping to find just a taste of Texas style brisket…I’m found it. The bake beans are AMAZING….The customer service was A1. Mission BBQ made my decision to relocate better today…You have a loyal customer in me!!!

A military and first responder oriented atmosphere with a friendly staff and awesome food. I enjoy the Carolina style pulled pork with smoky mountain bbq sauce and a piece of corn bread. Right around 10 bucks with a drink so it’s a good deal. My dog loves the dog bowl that they offer (with chunks of meat ) free of charge. Comes with a bowl of water. It’s a treat for both of us and I love that. Check them out in Salisbury look for the deuce and a half with smoke coming from the back.

Loved the vinegar based sauce on my pulled pork.waitress was very attentive and peach cobbler outstanding. Can’t wait for the blueberry and apple cobbler. Whoops I forgot the Mac and cheese was outstanding and I am very picky about mac and cheese.
