Used to live this place but has gone dramatically down hill. They have a thousand flavors that they USED to let you try, but now they won’t give a sample because of covid…. even though they don’t touch it AT ALL after they give it to you, so that makes no sense. When I brought that up to them they were extremely rude. Also the t-shirts they give out of you get 100 punches (which means you have bought ONE-HUNDRED snows from them! Yes, one-hundred) well they rip at the sleeve seems after two washes! What a way to reward your most loyal customers.

Snow Palace is amazing! This was my first time there and I got a strawberry cheesecake snowball with marshmallow and a chopped steak sub- SO GOOD! Everything is perfect, the bread on the sub is so fresh and they have amazing prices! The owners are so kind too! Will definitely be my go-to place for food and snowballs from now on!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! There selection of flavors is unmatched. I always ask for recommendations from the super friendly staff and they never disappoint. They also have some special concoctions that they will make you. The staff is super friendly and always on point. Everything on the menu is great.

We always like to get the brain freezes. The ice with the ice cream makes for a lighter summer treat. If you get the peanut butter, make sure to ask them for the old fashioned peanut butter ice.
