Went here after the rodeo. I have no problem waiting especially when busy. We sat when we walked in. 5 min later Joyce took our order. She went to call it but the cook/supervisor asked her why she took our order if it wasn’t her table. I get it. The one that was supposed to take our order was super busy and she wasn’t. Didn’t care. We waited an hour after our order was taken before it was done. Others who ordered after us got their food before us. I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl with gravy added to it. No gravy when I got it and food was cold when they finally brought it (on a biscuit ♀️). The gravy was a clumpy mess too. I am talking jiggly instead of a little loose. We will not be going back. The guy who was our waiter asked about the gravy more than once. The cook/supervisor was rude to his staff. I get it. It was busy and he could have been stressed but if he couldn’t handle it hand it to someone who could. They gave us 25% off our food because my mom was upset over it. I just wanted to go home. Once home I added milk to the gravy and sauteed the food to warm it back up. Home made would have been better and will opt for that next time.

Not sure why anyone would leave a negative comment about a Waffle House, it’s a very basic place and there will be busy times . Must be a Karen thing . Our waitress was supper attentive. Kept the Coffee full as well as water. Very quick and very pleasant. GiGi great job . Tell your boss we said to make sure they treat you right.

Both workers were fast and courteous. The food was great! No problem with parking. If you go, don’t forget to tip your server and the cook. I always do and I get excellent service every time. Besides, not too many places are open at 4 in the morning!

Normal cook was on break so relief cooks timing was off. Served a waffle to someone 4r5 minutes before other food was served. Yellow was broke on over medium she did bring another out. Hashbrowns were very inconsistent. Other plates looked good.

My daughter and I love going here after work, late at night. Jessica is an AWESOME cook, and pretty good server as well. The staff is usually very friendly. Sometimes it’s a bit loud, even in the middle of the night.
