Not happy at all with this location. Came to surprise our kiddo & she wasn’t thrilled either. Drink machines were down & were not told till after we payed. Salad bar lettuce some of it was very wet but was able to pick around it. Food took forever to come out , our wings were suppose to be traditional we got burnt boneless…. Not sure how you can mess those up but they sure can. Fries were undercooked, garlic bread had this nasty taste to it , kinda like an oven cleaner mix in. Kids here are very wild and never watched by thier parents the place also smelled like dirty diapers. The manager voided us but this was def disgusting.

Had a really great time. Prices aren’t too bad at all. Kind staff and helpful. I just wish that it wasn’t all about screens. Trying to get your child to run around and play, not put them back in front of a screen. Miss the ball pit and tubes. Kids need to get out and run around more. Just my opinion. But otherwise we had a really fun time.

I had my sons 4th birthday party here today, and my host Morganne was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, kind and understanding and really made the whole thing a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. She made sure my son was comfortable and happy the whole time and was overall just very outstanding! 10/10 experience, thanks for making my sons day so much more special Morganne!

The place was really filthy. It was towards closing, so I can understand somewhat. But a lot of tables were left uncleaned for the entire hour and a half my family was there for a birthday party. There were napkins, cups, and food scraps everywhere on the floors and tables. Maybe it’s understaffed? But it’s not really an excuse to leave the place in that much disarray… I probably won’t return.

No longer geared towards the 5+ crowd. My 5 year old was bored in under 10 minutes, waste of $30 for an hour. Few games, hard to win tickets for worthwhile prizes. Not to mention standing at the redemption counter for 10 minutes with nobody to help us. Believe it or not, casino arcades are a better value. Didn’t bother getting any food.

Great place to take the kids! Everyone was nice and helpful and the place was clean. A little smaller than other Chuck E Cheese’s we have been to, but still plenty of games for both the adults and the kids to enjoy.

It’s exactly what you would expect. I’d probably lean more towards 3.5 stars because it’s kept pretty clean for the most part. The Staff seems checked out every time we go and it’s hard to find anyone when you need help

Prices are to high. Not everyone can afford to pay that for there children. Took our grandson there. Bathrooms were gross. At least 7 games were out of order and you need like over a thousand tickets to get a little toy. Crazy
