my husband got the spicy miso dish while I got the regular miso ramen dish and we were both very well pleased with the food. the taste and quality was amazing and we will definitely be back for more. give this restaurant your business!

The broth on the spicy pork ramen was amazing. I ordered mild and it was still spicier than what is considered mild. The meat was very thin, tough, and tasted like it had freezer burn. To the owners, please serve better meat! You have an amazing opportunity to grow this business but seems like most of the negative reviews mention the lack of quality in the meat. The broth was some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. So close to being a great product but I can’t give it 5 stars yet.

The base broth was not prepared properly which resulted in a poor tasting ramen.. Very salty. The meat tasted old. I told the staff but they didn’t care. My husband had the chicken karaage which was even worse. Dripping in oil and overcooked. Not going back or anyone I know will go there. Suggest they start asking the customers about their meals.

Absolutely good mood food! Cool environment. Wall paintings and decor very pleasing and appropriate for the venue. I came in to pick up a delivery order, ended up buying lunch. Smells so good when you walk thru the door. Reasonable pricing and they carry bubble tea! I would recommend trying this place out. You will not be dissatisfied.

Seems like this place is either inconsistent or people are expecting far too much. I’ve had plenty of ramen in Tokyo and I’m not expecting that quality. The times I’ve been here the quality has been just fine considering you can very easily pay $15-25 USD a bowl for good ramen in Japan and get actual rude service to boot. The service here has been friendly, it’s quite clean and its a nice change of pace from the usual or when you get an itch for ramenesque food.

Not only was the food very bland tasting but the way it upset my wife’s and my stomachs leads me to believe they’re using not so fresh ingredients behind the counter. Top off that off with their obvious bootleg movie they were playing in the lobby just completed that authentic rip-off vibe because 40$ for two is outright shameful. Save yourself the headache, pho is tastier and cheaper .

We got the Tori Paitan and the Shio ramen both were overcooked. The meat was like jerky, the noodles were mushy, and even the broth tasted like it had been cooking too long. Not to mention it was very expensive for ramen. I’m not sure if we got them on a bad night, but I won’t be back. Just for background, I spend about half my year in Japan. I’ve eaten the specialty ramen of about 20 different prefectures, and had ramen in over 100 different restaurants. If I were to rank this ramen it would be in the bottom 10%. Better than other ramen in Spokane area, but still not worth eating.

The food was AMAZING! Lots of robust flavors that are layered and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful with food choices and questions. I would have put 5 stars if not for cleanliness. The seats are horribly food stained, there were dirty tables with food on the floor. And yet 3 employees standing behind the counter on their phones. We were the only two people there with only one other walk-in that ordered. Presentation of your dining area is as important as the food. I will be back and I know this will be better. No one that cares that much about making great food will let this go for long!

Absolutely loved the food and drinks! We had edamame and gyoza for appetizers. Thai tea, kumquat lemon, and strawberry galaxy tea for drinks. And then had the shio ramen and shoyu ramen to complete the meal. Every part of it was delicious. Service was extremely fast. Prices were fair for the quality of food in my opinion. Staff was really nice and quick to answer questions. Establishment was clean and comfortable. I personally loved the decor. I will definitely be back to try more off the menu soon!
