This place is delicious. The halibut was cooked perfectly, so fresh. The hush puppies were delicious. The creamy seafood sauce was bomb. The fries were a little soggy and the cole slaw was warm which I don’t care for. The strawberry lemonade was delicious but $4 for 16oz is an overkill for me. The staff and owner were very friendly too. I would definitely come back.

Nice tasty American food offerings from a food truck. Menu pretty basic / Nothing exotic here ( No goat milk lattes) Bacon cheeseburger and fries excellent. Good portion, enough to split and have ice cream desert inside goats on roof.

I ate lunch here today and I was extremely impressed. The taste and quality of the food was delicious!!! My niece devoured her Mac n cheese and my pulled BBQ chicken sandwich was oh my gosh!!The lemonade was the best I’ve ever tasted. I bought two more to bring back to the resort!! I highly recommend Coach Joe’s!!!

Coach Joe is the real gem at Goats on the roof mining company in Tiger. We had 7 people and everyone ordered something different. It is ridiculously good!! Chilean sea bass, halibut, shrimp burgers, pork burnt ends, even the burgers and hotdogs were a cut above. We’ll be stopping back!!! Thanks coach!!
