Customer service was meh, but the boneless wings are the best. Obviously, most people don’t think wings when the think Pizza Hut, but you need to try them! Definitely do not care for their pizza sauce as it consistently makes my stomach turn.

Ordered a pizza from them for the first time in years just a couple nights ago. Ordered the Super Supreme Pan Pizza. Wow, this looks nothing like it used to. It used to be really thick and stacked with toppings. This one barely had any toppings, and half as thick as it used to be. There were spots with no toppings at all. Very cheaply made, and not very good tasting. And, no black olives? I was very disappointed. Their pizza has definitely gone down hill. I called to complain, and they said that they don’t give credits over the phone. And, that some manager would have to call me back? I’m still waiting for the call…

The big New Yorker was dry. Hardly had any sauce. The pizza had way too much cheese. The crust had a weird texture and bad taste.

Ordered a 24 pc and used points for an 8pc Boneless wings from Pizza Hut tonight. I placed the order online and immediately called, and I mean immediately because I placed it for the wrong time. I called in and was told that I could not change the order because “the wings were already being cooked” now unless there was some automatic machine that the moment that I placed the order it dropped the exact amount of wings into the fryer, then there is no way it could have been started that quickly. I then go to pick up the wings, 30 minutes later and the wings are very cold, and the woman at the drive thru tossed the wings in 3 different containers at us without offered a bag or acting like a cordial human being.
