The Dukum was clean and the staff was courteous. The bartender did not possess much mixology knowledge and the service was slow, very slow. We were the only table and there were two patrons at the bar. It took us about 15 minutes to get our first drink: one draft beer, a dirty martini, an appletini, and a whiskey sour. I’m not sure what was in the appletini, maybe grenadine…red grenadine.

Was looking forward to trying the chicken wings my wife ordered, she was given chicken strips instead. Seems like everything on the menu was frozen 15 minutes before it’s on your plate.
