A cashier by the name of Angel was horrible. She had two puff balls in here, just to give a better description. I asked for a warmed croissant and this is what she gave me. If you don’t like your job Angel, quit. The service I received was unacceptable and you will not make it in the world with your attitude. Ima black girl just like you…trust me. I know. Not the only one complaining about it. Friday, March 17 2023. 8:55 pm, the lady saw our truck and ran to shut the door. Honestly, she ran to close the place. I felt bad because my grandkids were expecting to get late doughnuts, and unfortunately, the place closed 5 min earlier. One star, and you guys don’t deserve it. Will never go back to this place. Kids love the doughnuts but rather to drive 5 more min and go to the other place.

I have been going to this Dunkin for quite some time. Always great service. The last 5 times I have ordered XL Decaf with Mocha and extra cream. 1- Burnt coffee no Mocha but extra cream. 2- Watery coffee no Mocha with cream. 3- Regular coffee with Mocha and cream(I was bouncing off the walls) 4- Perfect! 5- Watery coffee, no flavor, no Mocha, looks like cream but can’t tell. So very disappointed because this is now a treat for me. I have severely cut back any coffee, so when I pay $3.50 and expect my order prepared correctly and don’t get it, I am just so sad …

The absolute WORST SERVICE and ATTITUDE EVER! I went through a drive thru for a reason and the per taking my money, was sending text while I was waiting for change. Mind you, she had already acknowledged me, took my money and then started to text on her phone….. So I cancelled the order and left.

Visited on Sunday labor day weekend 2022 around 5pm. The service I received at that time was minimal. It was unfavorable and disappointing, leaving me unsatisfied. It could be that the worse two employees were working and other days/times are better served. Maybe an opportunity for that may arise.

Dunkin donuts is an American classic. You are not finding your $2.00 designer donuts here, just good quality and a lot of variety. Itheir coffee is one of the better fast food coffees, but I think that is one area they can improve. In many cases their coffee is scalding, so watch it. Better than many places. Their cinnamon rolls are my weakness there.

Worst service. I come to this Dunkin Donuts if I do not have any other option and I regret everytime so decided to write a review. 2 people who ordered after me, got their order 1st and left. I had been waiting just for 1 Bagel. Finally I went to the counter and said I ordered a toasted bagel like 20 mins ago, she picked up a bagel, applied butter and hand it over to me just like that. It was cold and not even toasted well.
