It had been a while since I’ve been to Krystal, but I was craving some of those delicious little squares today. I went inside and ate. I ordered the number 4, it included 5 cheese Krystal burgers, a drink, and chili cheese fries. Everything was hot and delicious, and I might make this a regular thing. The lady that rang me up was very nice, so was the young lady that brought my food to my table. She asked me if I needed anything else, and I asked her for some mustard packs, and she brought them right out. I’ve been going to this Krystal for as long as I can remember. I have fond memories of coming here with my grandfather. I would get a few Krystal burgers and a large chili with their delicious oyster crackers.

I stopped to get my baby his favorite food for fathers day today alittle early because I knew I would not be in Dothan tomorrow the lady working was very polite my problem is it took 45 mins to get a steamer pack of crystals only to get home give them to my honey for them to be soggy. They could have let them drain the excess water off first. Nothing like eating soggy buns. And I noticed they charge a fee if you don’t pay cash if you use your credit card. So for 30 dollars we got soggy Krystal’s. Not exceptable. I have pics to show you these are not double meat just looks that way when I opened them up to show the meat on one side and the soggy bun on the other side. I’ve had many Krystal’s in my time none like this. These were awful. Unreal. And fit my Honey for Fathers day. Not good don’t see where I can add pictures but have them.

Terrible service!! I went thru the drive thru and ordered 4 regular Krystal’s and a roadie coke Icee. They were charging me for the roadie icee but put it in a regular sized Krystal cup. I objected and told them I needed the bigger cup. After a 5 minute discussion among the 3 employees an extremely rude lady with her whole head and neck rolling came to the window and tried to charge me 75 cents more. I told her no thank you and drove off with no lunch. Do better with your hiring. It was embarrassing to see such hostility and rudeness.
