Food was good and came reasonably fast. Cashier was friendly and professional. Atmosphere kinda took a strange turn, when in mid order, one of the male cooks thought it was a good idea.t start blaring his personal music while I was placing my order. Otherwise good experience.

Pretty disappointed as the food I ordered was dry, there was only dry rub on about half of the wings that were supposed to have it the rest were plain, and in the wings I ordered with sauce we found at least 4-5 hairs some of which were inside the wings. Atmosphere was pretty unclean and the service was very bare minimum. Would recommend any other location than this one unfortunately.

I waited for 45 minutes before my order was ready since waiting I witnessed 4 customers having to come back due to their orders being incorrect then when I finally received my order, my order was also incorrect and my chicken wings were hard and dry The employees their are rude I witnessed an employee walking into the restaurant to start work with a dirty uniform shirt on as if he worked in it for a few days without putting it in a washing machine and you are dealing with customers food (SHAME ON YOU!!) I witnessed employees pants sagging revealing their underpants I will never return to this location due to the uncleanliness and distasteful and rude behavior I experienced

I’m not from Cincinnati but I was here visiting & stopped by & I had a great experience the service was fast everyone was actually working and not playing around ! EVERYONE acknowledged & Greeted me when I came through the door ! My host Was Niya & she is Awesome like she really be on top on things & I watched her keep things organized so that things would go steady for her ! I ordered 15 wings last night, seven lemon pepper and eight louisiana. I ate the lemon pepper and almost an hour later I was throwing everything back up. I was the only person sick so I’m assuming the wings that I had were bad. I’ve been throwing up all morning. I should have canceled my order when I seen how unprofessional the staff was there and how unsanitary their kitchen is.

I ordered 16 wings from the seymore location at 11:20 pm. The estimated time for pick up was 11:45 pm. I ordered hot honey rub and bbq mix traditional wings. The wing container was FULL of greese, the wings were sitting in it and the bbq wings were burnt and not covered w sauce. Customer service, I won’t even mention exactly how ridiculous that situation was. I would give a zero or below if I could. I also have a pic of the greese in the container..i wish i could share it. Choose a different location, everything was horrible.

I ordered 20 wings and got 6 and some corn. I called a total of 12 times over 2 days to speak with the manager, and she hung up on me, and told me she couldn’t do anything. Absolute trash customer service, without compare. I mean, lord, I work in food service and it isn’t hard to just apologize, and fix the issue with either credit, or a discount, or simply be cordial and apologize. Do better
