Fantastic food! From sushi to various Chinese dishes to Thai options, Chen’s has it all. Everything about our meal was fresh, tasty, and attractively served. I especially appreciated that the food was NOT overly salted or full of excessive oil. They even offer brown rice as an option. Our server was very friendly and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Dinner portions are large, but try and save room for dessert…they have some great ones to choose from.

Nice large restaurant wasn’t crowded on a Thursday night. The general Tso’s chicken was goo with a generous serving of chicken, but even with $2 of extra broccoli there did not seem to be much broccoli and the broccoli was cold. People also had Thai and sushi. The Chinese food was the winner among the table. It’s a nice stop in Carlisle with parking.

I have been enjoying Chens since they were a buffet located on High St. They are incredible and the food is delicious. I enjoy BYOB and the black pepper chicken. The egg rolls are so fresh and are not greasy. They’ve ruined them for me from anywhere else.

Aside from the food and service being great. I just witnessed the gentleman working the front (owner I believe) call a customer back in because he accidentally overcharged her. She already walked out and he could’ve easily just taken the money but instead made right by the customer.
