The best strategy at this location is just to pull up to the drive thru and say “Surprise me”. At least that way they can’t mess up too bad. They always get orders wrong and don’t seem to care at all.

I ordered 2 chicken filet biscuit combos and received one steak with cheese biscuit and sausage with egg/cheese biscuits. Complete waste of $17.00. I didn’t go back because I had already waited 20 minutes for the wrong order.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Not only did I wait in the drive thru line for an HOUR AND A HALF. When I got to the window I discovered NOT 1 person was doing anything. These girls were so playing on phones and walking around talking to each other. Then after waiting the 15 min at the window the girl comes back to tell me, “she don’t see no legs”. We then get our order of something different get all the way home and I discover that my grilled chicken sandwich is RAW!

Truly a shame this location was the best a year ago some of the absolute best cashiers and drive-through people now, however, the good people suffer because no one else shows up for work. They have the hardest time keeping good help here and it’s really a shame management needs to do better and step up their game.

I wasn’t physically here, but whoever the nice lady was that I spoke with about my Uber eats order being messed up, WAS A DOLL!!! She took the time (almost 30 mins) to call Uber eats and get me a refund. It wasn’t their fault that my order was messed up, it was Uber. But I HIGHLY recommend going here. Customer service is AMAZING. I work fast food myself and I know it can be frustrating but this woman handled it like a pro. She also told me, she will do whatever for her customers to be happy.
