My husband and I drove through the Arby’s on Wade Green after church today. We ordered two Rueben sandwiches, which we’ve gotten many times. When we got home and opened them, there was hardly any meat on them. One half had none and the other half had one small clump. We will NEVER eat there again! Are the kids that make the sandwiches not held accountable? What a disappointment! And it cost us $15.00 for two skimpy sandwiches!

They made my food just the way I like it . Crispy chicken with cheese on marble bread . Yummy . R J brought me my food to my table , very unexpected , but what a delight . And the best part of all , and most places don’t have this , a place to charge my phone . My phone adapter is not compatible with my car . I was just about to be lost without a map . After traveling 7 hours this place is an oasis . Thank you team Arby’s of Kenneswa Georgia

Found hair in my food, called the restaurant and was told that the employees only wear hairnets if their hair is long. The manager Katelyn was very rude and once she was done speaking to me she hung up. Horrible customer service and obviously don’t follow regulations of the health department. Manager on duty Katelyn told me her GM said that I could come and get another sandwich, not sure who would want food remade after hearing “we only make them wear hairnets if their hair is long” why would I would risk getting another sandwich with hair, plus I didn’t want anyone in the restaurant dealing with my food after the attitude the manager had.

I’m impressed, ordered fairly late at night on the app, pulled up to the drive through. Server was kind and told me to drive through. Got to the window and there was my food I ordered 2 minutes ago already waiting and ready to go. It was still hot and fresh even before they closed. 10/10 would recommend

Right off, the gentleman at the counter was nice with his method of telling us he wouldn’t upsize a drink. Little strange but ok. Tea was old and tasted like it had been there since they opened. The portions of beef on the sandwiches was hilariously small, and quite irritating considering the price. Also two employees who appeared to be managers were sitting in the lobby watching what seemed like YouTube or TikTok at max volume. It was very annoying. Check your spoiled tea
