My wife and I ate here while on vacation and the sandwiches were amazing. We had the McGarrett sandwich and the Danny Devito. Loved them both! Atmosphere of place was nicely decorated and a good vibe. Bathroom needs renovating and for some odd reason… the beer was warm. It seemed as if the coolers weren’t working maybe? Overall, it is good food and I recommend this. The price is worth it, in my opinion!

Found this awesome place in the old city while looking for a good Chicago dog. What I found was “Better than a Chicago dog”! The hot dog is supper quality.and the toppings were generous and fresh. I loved it. Then there are the fries….they are banging!

The service was inadequate. I ordered a chicargo hotdog combo and a Knoxville dog and a beer for $25. I wasn’t able to dicifer the menu to figure out the prices, but apparently, I didn’t order a combo and wouldn’t get fries. They gave them to me anyway. Then scolded the girl for costing them free food, which made me feel guilty for eating the fries I thought I paid for. The hotdog was nothing exceptional. The bread was just a regular hotdog bun. The toppings were good. It seems trendy inside, but the hotdog seems overpriced and underwhelming.

A coworker took me here and I was absolutely blown away. Hot dogs are generally something I could take or leave, but the dogs here are phenomenal. You will find something here you like for sure. The service was amazing as well. The people working there were very kind and friendly. Worth getting at least once if you’re in the area.

Delicious food, many food/drink options, but not the best value considering the portion sizes and the awful bathroom.

Best gourmet hot dogs and deli sandwiches I’ve ever had. This place is amazing. Don’t pass it up. The food is INCREDIBLE. The meats and cheeses used are from Amish country so the very best quality food used. Great selection of craft beers and craft sodas. Came here twice on my vacation because theres too much deliciousness for one visit. Reasonable prices.

The place and staff are welcoming and friendly. There’s definitely an aesthetic culture to the place that reminds me of a biker bar. The food is fair priced and completely delicious in my opinion. Definitely worth visiting while taking a stroll in Gay Street. Though I will say the French fries do have a bit of a burnt oil taste to them.

Wow! My fiancé and I have lived in Knoxville for three years and just recently stumbled upon this place…an instant favorite. The quality of ingredients and the flavors that smack you in the face with every bite keeps me craving more. The sandwiches are the best I’ve had, and my first hot dog (the Knoxville) was outstanding and messy. 5+ stars yum. Oh and the French fries are the best in town, they use a special potato and it makes such a difference.

Only gets two stars because my hot dog was pretty good, but overall I had a horrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and inattentive, particularly the young lady working on the afternoon of 5/7. The bathroom is horrendous (picture attached) and gnats are present throughout the restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for a very simple order – not even during a busy time of day. Very disappointed.
