On the way out and stopped in for a burrito. Totally worth it!! Delicious, homemade, and just enough to fill you up before getting in the car headed home.

3.5 stars. Ordered delivery online (they use FAVOR) well we lost a burrito not sure if I never made it or if driver decided to help themselves to a barbacoa burrito . First time trying this place. Ordered egg w winnie for the kiddo (approved), pretty loaded. Tried their highly rated carne asada, not sure what the hype came across flavorless over broiled meat, tortilla was nice and soft though and had good chew/taste. Husband rated chicharron as not to spicy and overall “good”. Tried the RCB, first of all that’s not brisket it more like desebrada boiled meat in a really spicy colorado sauce, I personally felt is was missing something like salt IDK. Really sad we lost the burrito wanted to try their barbacoa. Salsa are okay spicy enough. See how this would be a hit in Chandler AZ where authentic mexican flavors are scarce. But here in EP I have higher expectations of my breakfast burritos. Giving it a second try next weekend so stay posted.

Ordered a couple burritos which were not to bad. The problem comes when I am charged for something that is not a physical item I’m receiving. Menu states lemonade, I ordered it with light ice. I see my receipt as I leave they charged me for NO ICE!!!! How can someone charge another for an item that is not physically there. Well I did have ice so how could you charge no ice but you do get ice in your cup. There is absolutely no logic to this. Just a way to gouge people. Menu states lemonade not lemonade with ice. People like this is what gives El Paso a bad name.

Extremely stingy with the salsa. They won’t give you anymore salsa when asked for red or green. That needs to change. Could have better customer service. Chili relleno burritos sometimes have a lot of seeds. But it overall is good.

Lovely burrito joint. Ordered a Chile Relleno and Green Chile Stew. The pricing was excellent, not overpriced like all other burrito joints. They were absolutely delicious. Quick and easy drive through. Will be visiting again.

Love Rita’s Ritos, they are delish! First time here lol. We saw the long drive thru line and thought “must be good”. We decided to find parking and go in. We were not disappointed. Freshly made tortillas. You can see the intire operation from the small dining area. Ladies are friendly and dispatch order fast. Love the “Burritos Chingones” uniform shirt. These ritos are changones! I had the red Chile brisket. They use New Mexico red Chile. The brisket is so tender and juicy, not greasy. The chicharon was good but it a bit hard. The elote is sweet yellow corn. Not my favorite but for the price it’ll do. Definitely coming back here.

We stopped in the El Paso area to camp and do laundry and while we waited for our laundry decided to eat at Rita’s. So glad we did! The burritos were AWESOME! We were offered samples of the different ingredients. They make their own tortillas and make the ingredients fresh daily…. YUMMMM! If we come through on our way home to Oregon we will stop by again!

Had been wanting to check out this place for the longest time. We were finally nearby and decided to go. What a disappointment… The staff, customer service and cleanliness of place was spot on.. but unfortunately the flavor of the burritos wasnt.. We tried the chile verde, picadillo, bisteak, Chile relleno (the best one) and bean burrito. In the end it’s not a place I’d crave… good portion size burrito and prices

Chipotle pulled pork has been one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had. I was literally nauseous for an hour afterwards. Not what I expected. The tortilla wasn’t even cooked.
