The burgers were delicious and I would definitely eat here again if/when I ever pass through. The service was slow though, not a complaint just a statement. We ordered online 20 minutes before…then had to re-advise the ingredients on the burgers when we got there then waited another 15 minutes for the shakes. Turns out I was able to eat my burger while the wife the got shakes, then I was able to enjoy the shake and drive at the same time. Even knowing that, I still suggest you try it. Just plan for the wait.

We used to eat at Pit stop and it was pretty decent, but last night was absolutely horrible. All the sides seemed undercooked and tasted more of old grease than potato or onion. The food was so greasy it was dripping out of the wrappers. They told us they were all out of tomatoes. The lettuce looked either very old or like it had been microwaved. The dippers/chicken nuggets in the kids meal were straight up inedible. We paid $60 for garbage and ended up making other food at home. Will never go here again.

We’ve been waiting to try this Pit Stop Grill for quite a while and it was VERY DISAPPOINTING! The Hamburgers were Terrible. As u c in my picture the burgers were COLD and they put NO Tomatoes or onions on the burgers. Toooo $$$ expensive for these Plain burgers and No they don’t open in morning for Breakfast. The Buns are extremely cold as if there straight out of the refrigerator. And don’t expect the Strawberry Milkshake is NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE either, No whip topping at all. I guess the Fries were the Only food that was good.

Very very slow service and wasn’t even open when we showed up around 12:15. The 2 girls behind the counter spent alot of the time just talking. This used to be one of my favorite places to stop.

Wow, this place was not good. Even though there were a lot of negative reviews, I gave it a shot because I was there. My chocolate milkshake had a sour taste and I threw it away. I think the milk had gone bad. The service wasn’t friendly. Almost like I was a bother.
