I came for the music but stayed for the food. I came up here because Dave Keller , one of the best blues musicians in New England, happened to be performing when I was traveling around Vermont. This place really is like a Paradise. It’s an incredibly beautiful in with very tasteful rooms and common spaces including a game room. There’s also a beautiful indoor restaurant, a separate indoor bar lounge area, but I really enjoyed the outdoor lounge space with the live music music.

The restaurant is very cute and has a beautiful view. I was sitting outside and the hostess was kind enough to bring me extra blankets so I wouldn’t get cold, which I’ve never had offered to me at a restaurant before and I really appreciated. It was nice until the swarm of mosquitoes came out after sundown, at which point I had to abandon the view and move to a table inside.

Loved our time staying at the Inn, and the restaurant was fabulous! It was so good, we ate dinner there every night. Ate in the bar for the casual dining and Caleb’s outstanding service. Advice for all patrons…..say “yes!” To the desserts! Say “hell yes!” to the chip and cheese appetizer.

What else can be said about the Wildflower Restaurant and pub. We stayed her due to a death in our family in the area, so we got out a bit to explore….We roamed around the area to try different joints including NEK and StJ and always came back to the Wildflower. I am vegetarian, but had a burger as a “gift” for myself and literally was spiritual. Caleb the bartender was a rockstar and made everything perfect. Will be back in the summer to watch all the 2 wheel action.

Literally the best steak I have had in a restaurant in some time. Even though it was raining during our visit to the dining room the view was still outstanding. Emma R was a great waitress. There were no complaints about the food and everything was cooked to perfection – it was magical how perfect the meat was cooked to order and the flavor was out of this world. In the future, I probably won’t get the shrimp added on to the steak as that was more than enough food. My wife and children loved the experience and can’t wait to go back, although our children wished they could have tried the deserts. Maybe next time. See you again soon.

The food is pretty good and the servers are pretty nice- but it really takes a very long time, so I recommend coming here at a less busy time. (We came on a Sunday night, sat down at 7pm, and the food was served at 9)

The location is the star of the show here, the staff was friendly, and the deck overlooks mountains. We had just come from Quebec and its amazing restaurants, so we had been wined and dined. Even so, I thought this place could take a few more chances with their menu.

We went to this restaurant 2 nights in a row. The 1st night was 5 stars, food was delicious and service was great. Tonight was the opposite, 1 star. We were the only people on the patio. The veggie burger was mush and had globs of horseradish that was unbearable to eat. The tomato was unripe. The fryer was not hot enough resulting in greasy fries along with the fried eggplant. The beet salad was delicious but the proportions were a lot less compared to the the previous night. I’d go back for the sunset but the food is inconsistent.

Shell of what it used to be. Food was fine, just fine. Menu does not reflect Vermont as it used to (who gets rid of the maple crème brûlée??). A long time patron for special occasions but it’s not worth the trip anymore. Staff was lovely, but very new, and all the food was incredibly salty. Overall disappointed
