We had a great time last nite…Mach 5 Band Trio was there…7-10 pm…food delicious n fresh…kids were there having fun too behind our table w the music…coconut jumbo shrimp tacos delicious n cheddar beer dip sooo good w huge pretzel…n mozzarella sticks too…we liked the sea salt Caramel Cheesecake also…staff fast very nice Gina..Thank you….we’ll be back for sure! Everytime it’s awesome! The atmosphere, character and staff are all wonderful. A great spot to eat on the water. Food is always good and affordable. You can eat outside by the water, at the bar inside or get a booth and watch a nearby TV. It’s my go to spot and lately the Hangover burger been my go to meal. As far as mixed cocktails I only order the coco carribean. It’s so good. The whole vibe of the place keeps me coming back.

Nice place, nice outside seating next to dock on the canal, nice atmosphere, nice service. BUT for the food, the most important part imo, and for a “wing” place im expecting great wings. Every place sells wings these days BUT Hurricane Wings should be serving the best since wings is in their name, BUT I don’t think so. We asked for crispy BUT they were not crispy, too bad. We even told the owner(hence the 2-less stars) he gave us a long song and a dance about why they weren’t crispy; the fryer oil temp, the cooks idea of crispy, the amount of time it is cooked, the age of the oil, etc. All valid reasons But what does that have to do with us not getting what we ordered? How about the owner saying sorry or let me do them over for you, or even let me get you something else. Any and all would have gone a long way, definitely would have brought us back. We only had the wings and a couple drinks BUT will say just give them a try, lot’s of nice selections on their menu we didn’t try, hopefully you will have better luck than us.

I always come here is summer and I love the food and the service but today I ordered calamari and it came over cooked and not even full rings and when I asked to change it to fresh ones I was told that’s how it comes.. I v been ordering them in the past and they were good. They didn’t even try to provide fresh one. I ended up ordering something else. Very disappointed ☹️
