One of the bbq chicken and fried chicken I had for a long time. Staffs are friendly, there are some waits but food comes out pretty quickly. Definitely recommend when traveling Portland

The food is amazing, authentic soul food and the portions are ridiculous. I had food for three days. Fried chicken, smoked ribs, fried catfish, pork chops, Mac and cheese. Follow on Instagram to see the latest menu options, like oxtail and fried cabbage. Worth every penny. Support black owned, female businesses!!!

So I watched the docuseries on Netflix, featuring food trucks around the US. And when they got to Portland, I was all ears. My daughter moved to Portland in 2021, from her hometown in Atlanta. So moving from east coast to west coast was culturally different for her, but she has adjusted now. I told her about Loaded (food truck) , and she sent me a picture, showing me she went. Coming there for Mother’s Day, she apparently went to the wrong food truck. You have to put in Kee’s Loaded Food Kitchen to get to this famous destination. Sweet Jesus!!! What an experience! We purchased two rib loaded meals and the half fried chicken, half fried catfish dinner! My children lost their dad, last June, in which he was a Pit Master with the meat. Seeing my son tap his feet and humming as he ate his rib dinner, almost brought tears to my eyes. He said “Mom! These ribs are so good!” My children and I had enough food to last us, for both lunch and dinner, until we flew back to Atlanta. The dinner even comes with sides, beverage and dessert!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Then the ultimate happened. I got a chance to meet Kee personally and what a beautiful soul and gorgeous woman, with those gorgeous dimples! She smiles and the sun gets brighter! ☀️☺️☀️☺️☀️ Thank you Kee for being apart of my wonderful Mother’s Day! You made my children happy, and gave me Mother’s Day joy at the same time! God bless! Everytime I visit Portland, I will find your Kee’s Loaded Kitchen!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Wow!!!! #Loaded did not disappoint!! We got the fish and chicken with all the fixin’s that comes with, let me tell you it is worth it every penny! One meal fed 4 people! The owner and her staff are super friendly, you can feel the love they put into this food. Do yourself a favor and just go get you some…and get there early! Thank you #loaded!

Even better than “Street Food” made it sound. Ordered a fried chicken platter and my lady got a catfish platter and both were delicious. We could have just shared one so we had a lot of leftovers and it was great next-morning food. Side highlights: garlic green beans were really good, as was the baked beans. Will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Portland.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while since reading about it on reddit. The food was excellent. I especially recommend the chicken (either by itself or as a half and half with the fish) and the pork chops. So juicy and flavorful! The green beans and mac and cheese were also terrific. The portions are huge. I will easily get 3 meals out of the one order. I would prefer if there wasn’t so much styrofoam. Service was quick and friendly.

My sister and I drove down from Seattle to watch my nephews basketball game. We couldn’t wait to stop by here after seeing it on Netflix. I’m so glad we made it in time before they closed because the food was mouthwatering good. We split the chicken and crackfish meal which was $45 dollars, came with sides, dessert and beverage. Our eyes could not believe all the food we got, we ate on it all night . . . and morning lol. Can’t wait to come back and get it again. I’m definitely getting the wood fired chicken and sausage next time and the sweet potato pie.
