I always receive great service when Jennifer is there. Last night I had the worst experience. First I walked in and employees were sitting on the counters. 2 young men were outside in the car sleeping. I spoke when I walked in. I didn’t get a response from any of the 4 employees. I gave them my name and the young lady told me my total. Instead of walking to me and getting my payment method; she asked the young man(also sitting on counter) to pass her my card for payment. After processing my payment I was just standing there waiting for my order, because my wife received the message saying it was ready. No one said anything after I was standing there nearly 10 minutes. I asked them to check on my order and no one responded; instead gave me more attitude. Someone was in the back eating and the others were just standing around so I was totally confused. I went back to my car, waited a couple minutes and came back. The young lady then slid me my order(across the counter she had been sitting on) and didn’t say thank you or anything. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Me and my wife eat here at least once per week. When I checked my order my toppings were all packed in the middle of my pizza and my pizza wasn’t cut in squares as specified. My wife ordered a melt and it was all stuck to the box. The toppings were not inside of the crust at all. I was livid. This can’t be acceptable.

Two times in a row they messed my order up and had to resend it. This last time they resent it through door dash to I felt obligated to tip for their efforts. Driver went to get order and they said it was already gone. It was a whole ordeal on a three way call.

I paid extra for the parmesan every other pizza place gives for free, and it was not delivered. I called the store and was put on hold for half an hour, only to be hung up on when I was told I had to call back Tuesday cuz there was no manager. That’s when I realized I wasn’t given a receipt, so I’m have a hard time on Tuesday.

Garland Pizza Hut is terrible at customer service. The manager named Jennifer was very rude. Will not be ordering anything from them now on. They need to get their act together and know how to do their job correctly.

The presentation was not what I’m used to. This was a pepperoni and double sausage pizza and the crust was excessive and the sauce was scarce. I expected more sausage. Look at how dry it is.

Food is great but the staff could improve on their customer service efforts. I went to pick up an online order and the only cashier there was too busy flirting with some guy at the pick up window. 10 minutes went by and she never acknowledged or asked what I needed. My pizza was already paid for so I was literally just needing to grab my pizza and go. A driver walked inside from delivering pizza and immediately asked if I’ve been helped, which I replied, “Not yet.” In less than a minute, she looked up my order and handed me my pizza. I would give 1 star for this location, but the polite driver increased my rating to 3 stars.

I ordered a large pizza with normal sauce normal cheese and veggies. It arrived timely, however it was extremely spicy. I inspected the pizza no jalapeños. They mixed up sauce. When I called and spoke to the first employee he was just rude and put me on hold BRAVO. Called back again and spoke to a female who was actually intelligent and was explaining the policy. A manager was requested but couldn’t come to phone. I’m disappointed that the customer service at this location is so poor. PS I HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD LOVE TO WORK At PIZZA HUT AND DO MY JOB PROPERLY!!! To say you can’t refund a credit card is absolutely insane!! 30 dollars for burnt breadsticks and spicy pizza. Managers should at least be available to talk to customers…that’s your job!!!
