Whoever “Kat” is was completely rude and hung up in my face twice when I nicely was trying to explain my order was undercooked. Apparently she doesn’t understand how customer service works and if your attitude is that bad you shouldn’t be working with people. The fact the company would allow someone with such a bad attitude represent them in this way is sad and she claims to be a store manager which makes it worse. Such a disappointment for our first experience.

Service was great the staff was friendly and accommodating. The place felt like a 1980s pizza place. Not really inviting. The food… It’s not bad but I have had way better. Really it tasted like a frozen pizza with added toppings.

Pizza was gorgeous! Though be wary if your credit card isnt American when ordering online – charged $34 for a pizza and it still didnt accept it!! But it was tasty and that’s only online, so will return.. in person that is!!!!

We are new to town and wanted to give this place a try. Terrible experience. Order one large cheese and a dessert pizza – they told us 20 min. I walked in after 25 min, not ready yet no problem. Walked back in after 40 min and was told there was a mixup so they needed 10 more min. At 50 min they tried to give a cheese pizza that had been out of the oven and in a box for over 20 min and a hot dessert pizza (pretty sure they mistakenly gave away the dessert pizza to someone else and had to remake). I asked the manager about the pizza that had been sitting out and he got very defensive (asked me what he is supposed to do). I was hoping for just a small amount of customer service – unfortunately he was offended by that expectation. Got my money back. Some of the other workers had some choice words while I was on my way out. Don’t plan on giving this one a second try.

Was nearby at Theisens and tried for the first time recently and was not impressed. They said 20 min but I waited for 40 additional minutes. The large size is not large at all and pricing is high. But what stood out the most is how Shelby treated everyone and the customers. When someone called she rolled her eyes and was just nasty. The young guy up front was running circles around her but she was nagging him.

Just over an hour ago we ordered pizza over the phone at 8:10 pm in Cedar Rapids. We were told it would be ready to pickup in 20 minutes. We showed up around the correct time but, store was dark and open sign was off. The hours of operation sign outside door said Thursday: 10:30 am – 10:00 pm. There was no other sign indicating they closed early that evening. After knocking on door a few minutes, clearly seeing workers were inside. The lady finally answered the door and said right away that they were closed. We told her we just ordered food not more then 35 minutes ago, she denied that they took our order and stated to us they didn’t because clearly the ovens have been shut off for a while.

I placed an order online at around 7:50pm. After about 50 mins of patiently waiting, I called to ask if they had gotten my order. Shelby picked up. Surprisingly, she told me she did not have an order for me without asking for my order number/name! When I asked how she can know that she does not have an order for me without my order number, she got upset, asked my name in a very disrespectful way, and said the pizza was ready and then hanged up on me. I found that to be unprofessional and weird. I did not go get the pizza because I feared she might have done something bad to it. I am buying at Casey’s.
