ZERO STARS!!! Let me tell you why, its July 8th and i went thru the Arbys drive thru around 9:30, Arbys I dont know who you have working your drive thru, the young man has glasses but first of all he sounded rude, and then i get my food, i didnt get my sauce for my mozzarella sticks, my sandwich was messy like guys my one year old son can make a better sandwich, and then i ordered a LARGE Strawberry Lemonade and they gave me the smallest “large” cup ive ever seen, super bad costumer service i would not ever recommend!

Didn’t give me my discount that every other Arby’s does for Veteran’s. Same thing I always get. Nobody in line at all and waited 9 minutes for two sandwiches to be brought out. Nobody else came through the line. No surprise. I’ll never go back to this one. The food was sub par compared to other Arby’s I’ve had as well. Sad.

My husband and I must just have the worst luck at Arbys. Today we stopped for a late lunch and were the only car there. We ordered and she asked if we’d like extra cheese- yes of course! We got to the window, picked up our food and headed off. First, no straws were in the bag. Bummer, but okay. Second, no receipt was in the bag (it seemed very expensive for what we got- $22 for 2 beef and cheddar meals). Third, no cheese was in the bag (which I’m assuming is where the extra charge came from?) But why offer if you’re not going to even give us any? Fourth, fries were half full. The food we did get was good, but we were bummed to say the least.

Went here for lunch last week and got up to the window, lady practically threw my bag at me and didn’t ask if I would like sauce or say anything at all. I figured it was just a busy lunch so I let it go and gave it another shot for dinner last night with my roommate. They had us pull up to wait for our food and we sat there for at least a good fifteen minutes, even though there was only one person after us and nobody else. Finally got our food and it was all gross. Both of our fries were soggy and cold and mozzarella sticks were undercooked. Think Im gonna pass on going to this location for a while until they get a better staff.
